CHINACOAT2011 Show Report 23rd-25th Nov Shanghai, China
In November 2011, Kyowa Hakko Chemical participated in CHINACOAT2011 held in Shanghai, China. CHINACOAT is one of the most influensive paint and coatings events in Asia Pacific region. We have exhibited in this international show every year since 2002.
This year, we established our local subsidary “Shanghai Seika Trading Co.,Ltd.” in Shanghai. Now we offer better service than ever and strengthen the relationships with our customers in China.
Waterborne coatings are getting more and more attention these days as one of the leading environmental protection measures forcusing on “Sustainability”. DAAM is a unique and functional material which is used to make resins for waterborne coatings. During the show period, we delivered a technical seminar on DAAM. We presented basic information such as “one pot, self crosslinking system”, advanced applications and FAQ. In addition to DAAM, we introduced our syhthetic fatty acids, variety of functional diols and performance alcohols to our customers at our booth.

In 16th CHINACOAT thie year, 1,005 exhibitors from 30 countries/regions welcomed 24,865 visitors in 3 days. We also had many customers not only from domestic market but also from all over the world.
As last year, we were very pleased to see our customers and talk in person to build good and sound relationships.
We believe that our newly introduced local subsidary “Shangai Seika Trading Co.,Ltd.” will make us and our products strongly connected with customers in this promising market. We keep on aiming at a higher presence in Asia Pacidic region by commitment to supply our customers with unique and high quality performance products.
